Why ZAGARA Exists
Sicily deserves to be represented with care.
After moving to Australia, we realised how much we missed the connection with our land — the food, the colours, the producers, the ceramics, the traditions, the family tables, the seasonal gifts and the small details that make Sicily feel like Sicily.
We also noticed that in Australia, Sicilian products are not always easy to find. Many things sold as “Italian” do not truly represent Sicily, and too often the quality, origin or presentation does not match the beauty of our land.
