How can we help?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our team immediately via email or phone. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. A second email with tracking information is sent once your parcel is dispatched from Sicily.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments with 3D Secure.

Standard delivery within Italy takes 2–4 business days. European delivery takes 4–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

Free shipping is available on all Italian orders over €80. For European orders the threshold is €120. International free shipping applies on orders over €200.

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also view your order status at any time from your Zagara account.

Yes. Every gift box can include a handwritten card with your message. Simply add your note in the gift message field at checkout — no extra charge.

We handle corporate gifting for any quantity. Custom packaging, bespoke curation, and direct-to-recipient delivery are all available. Learn more about corporate gifting.

Absolutely. Browse our curated selections and add any products to your own custom box. For larger bespoke orders please contact us directly.

We accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Perishable food items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Please photograph the damaged items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. The funds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

All perishable and temperature-sensitive products are packed with insulated liners and ice packs where required. We dispatch Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays.

Many of our products carry DOP, IGP, or Biologico (organic) certifications, which are noted on each product page. We personally visit every producer to verify their methods before listing.

Yes. Full ingredient lists and allergen information are available on every product page. If you have specific dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering.
