At this stage, international delivery is not available through the standard online checkout.

Free standard shipping over $100 may be available where shown on the website or applied at checkout according to promotion conditions.
Large gift packages, bulky ceste, corporate orders or multiple-address orders may require a custom shipping quote.

You can send a ZAGARA Selection gift directly to the recipient. At checkout, enter the recipient's delivery address as the shipping address.

Many ZAGARA Selection products are glass jars, bottles, tins or delicate pantry items. We pack orders carefully to reduce movement during transport and help protect fragile products.
Gift packages, cassette and ceste are prepared with presentation in mind, but they are also packed for safe delivery.
Parcels are handled by third-party couriers after dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and damaged items.

You may add delivery instructions at checkout where available, such as leave at front door, leave at reception, deliver to business address, call on arrival, or do not leave unattended.
Courier drivers may follow their own delivery policies depending on the address, parcel type and service used. For apartments, gated properties or business addresses, please provide clear access instructions.
If the courier cannot complete the delivery, they may leave a card, attempt redelivery, deliver to a collection point or return the parcel to depot. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or could not be delivered, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Delivery delays can happen due to courier demand, weather, public holidays, regional access, incorrect addresses or seasonal volume. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is controlled by the courier.
If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will help check the tracking status.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible. Include your order number, photos of the outer packaging, damaged product, shipping label and a short explanation of the issue.
If a parcel appears lost in transit, we will review the tracking information and work with the courier to investigate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, delivery may be delayed, returned or lost.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the parcel has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
For corporate gifts, event gifting, Christmas gifts, Easter gifts or orders going to multiple addresses, please contact us before placing a large order.
