Introduction

A family before it was a house.

Evergreen is, above all, the Bonaccorso family. The passion for cultivating the Pistacchio Verde di Bronte D.O.P. has been handed down since 1960, when Nunzio took the first steps to bring Bronte's renowned fruit to market.

In 1970, Pietro turned his father's vision into a company — founding Evergreen in Bronte. Today the house tends around ten hectares of pistachio groves and works the harvest across two processing facilities, never straying from the place that defines it.

Bronte remains one of the world's most recognisable pistachio territories. Founder Pietro Bonaccorso was an active voice in securing its protected D.O.P. designation.

Traditional methods of cultivation and transformation, held to modern standards through regular checks on soil, laboratories and product — guided by three principles: quality, origin, hygiene.

Sustainability

Roughly 100 kW of renewable energy power four buildings, while winter heat is drawn from boilers fired by pistachio shells — a genuinely circular house.
