Producer · Castelbuono, Sicily

A family bakery in the Madonie, crafting some of Italy's finest biscuits since 1977.

About us
Biscotti Tumminello has been baking in Castelbuono — a medieval town in Sicily's Madonie mountains — since 1977, when sisters Arcangela and Rosa opened the first workshop with their husbands Lucio and Vincenzo.
Today that artisan, family-run spirit endures — giving life to biscuits built on the finest Sicilian ingredients, shaped by hand as they were on the very first day.

Three production lines, forty years on — still guided by hand.
