The producer gives the product its character.

We choose Sicilian houses with a real connection to their territory: Bronte pistachio, estate olive oils, Madonie biscuits, Ragusa conserves and Modica drinks. Each producer is here because it adds identity, quality and a recognisable Sicilian voice to the selection.
