Polara brings back the drinks of a bygone era — the refreshing sodas from the days when Italy scooted around on Lambrettas, and in Sicily the street vendor, the acquavitaru, sold spuma, cedrata and anise by the glass. Homemade creations of water, sugar and the prized properties of Sicilian citrus.
To give today's customers the natural goodness of yesterday, Polara went back to its own roots and to those of Sicily — recovering the secrets, techniques and dosages of the classic recipe behind its earliest drinks.
