BonCrem Gianduja with Modica PGI Chocolate by Stramondo brings together hazelnut gianduja and chocolate carrying the Modica PGI designation. Two Italian traditions that rarely meet in the same jar: Piedmontese gianduja and Sicilian cold-worked cacao.
The Modica chocolate brings a grain and a slight bitterness that keeps the gianduja from going soft and sweet. It is the most grown-up of the chocolate jars.
