Strawberry & Vanilla Extra Jam by Cascina Bonfiglio is made with Sicilian strawberries and vanilla, balanced rather than over-sweet, in a 280 g jar. Made by the Bonfiglio family in Sicily.
Strawberry jam is the one everybody thinks they know, which is exactly why the difference shows here. With less sugar in the pan the fruit stays recognisable, and the vanilla sits behind it rather than on top. It is a jar that gets finished quickly in houses with children in them.
