Bonajuto's cinnamon bar is one of the two original flavours of the house, in its red wrapper. Cinnamon against cold-worked cacao, at a minimum of 50% cocoa, in a 100 g bar.

Cinnamon and vanilla were the first two bars Bonajuto made, and they are still the two the house is judged on. This is the warmer of the pair.
