Bonajuto's lemon bar carries coarse-cut Sicilian lemon peel through cold-worked chocolate made in Modica, at a minimum of 65% cocoa. Fresh and intensely aromatic, with the peel left in visible pieces.
Lemon in chocolate is rarer than orange and harder to get right. Cut coarse rather than milled, the peel keeps its oils and its bite.
