Introduction

A sip of nostalgia from the soul of Sicily.

Polara brings back the drinks of a bygone era — the refreshing sodas from the days when Italy scooted around on Lambrettas, and in Sicily the street vendor, the acquavitaru, sold spuma, cedrata and anise by the glass. Homemade creations of water, sugar and the prized properties of Sicilian citrus.

To give today's customers the natural goodness of yesterday, Polara went back to its own roots and to those of Sicily — recovering the secrets, techniques and dosages of the classic recipe behind its earliest drinks.

Every bottle is made with quality ingredients and the natural extracts of Sicily's most luscious citrus — a stroll down memory lane for discerning palates.

Blood Orange

From the lush citrus groves of Sicily comes Polara Blood Orange. With its intense, attractively citrusy flavours and rich fruity aromas, made with natural extracts of juicy Sicilian blood oranges.

Lemon

With its intense, decisive flavour, Polara Limonata combines the effervescence of its bubbles with natural Sicilian lemon juice. Its unmistakable tart flavours give each sip a fresh and lively character.

Chinotto

Made the old-fashioned way, with natural extract from the Chinotto orange of Chinese origin, this drink releases a full-bodied, fresh, and pleasingly bittersweet taste.

Citron

Traditional soft drink with the flavours of yesteryear and a golden yellow hue. Polara Cedrata, made with traditional methods using natural extracts of citron, enveloping its intense bouquet in a sweet and slightly citrusy flavour.
