Bluefin Tuna Buzzonaglia in Sicilia PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Testa Conserve is the darker meat from close to the bone: stronger in flavour, firmer in texture, packed in Sicilian extra virgin olive oil with the Sicilia PGI mark.
Buzzonaglia is the cut Sicilian cooks reach for when the tuna has to stand up to something else on the plate. It does not get lost in a sauce the way the fillet does.
