BonCrem 100% Almond

BonCrem 100% Almond by Stramondo is almond milled to a smooth cream and nothing further. It is the mildest of the three pure jars, and the one that takes the most readily to savoury cooking.

Almond has a long history in Sicilian kitchens on both sides of the meal, from latte di mandorla to the sauces of Trapani. This jar sits comfortably in either.
