BonCrem Salted Caramel Protein by Stramondo is a salted caramel spread in a 200 g jar, part of the BonCrem Protein line. Salt against caramel is a modern flavour that Sicily took to easily, having salted its sweets for centuries.
The salt keeps it from cloying, which is what usually goes wrong with caramel in a jar. A little goes further than you expect.
