BonCrem 100% Hazelnut

BonCrem 100% Hazelnut by Stramondo is hazelnut alone, roasted and milled until it pours. There is no sugar, no milk and no added oil in the jar, so the flavour is the roast rather than the recipe.

It behaves in the kitchen the way tahini does: thick at the bottom, loose at the top, and better once stirred. Two hundred grams goes a long way.
