BonCrem Crunchy Coffee by Stramondo is a coffee cream with crunch running through it, in a 200 g jar. Coffee is not usually a spread in Sicily, it is a ritual, and this jar borrows the flavour and puts it on bread.

The texture is what makes it work: smooth coffee cream with something to bite through, rather than one note all the way down.
