BonCrem Sicilian Nougat by Stramondo takes torrone, the almond nougat eaten across Sicily at Christmas, and turns it into a spreadable cream. The caramel and toasted almond of the original are still there; the teeth-testing snap is not.

Sicilian almond nougat 34% (Sicilian almonds 43.8%, sugar, Sicilian honey, glucose syrup, pistachio 3.8%, egg white, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter), low-fat milk powder, whey (milk) powder, emulsifier: E322 lecithins, natural vanilla flavour.
