Sicilian Mandarin Marmalade

Sicilian Mandarin Marmalade by Cascina Bonfiglio is made with Sicilian mandarins, cooked soft and aromatic, in a 280 g jar. Made by the Bonfiglio family in Sicily.

Mandarin makes the gentlest of the citrus preserves: less bitter than lemon, less sharp than blood orange, and the one children eat without negotiation. Sicily grows mandarins in quantity along the eastern coast, and the fruit reaches the pan within a day or two of picking.
