Bluefin Tuna Fillets in Sicilia PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Testa Conserve are whole fillets, cut and packed by hand, then covered in Sicilian extra virgin olive oil carrying the Sicilia PGI mark. The Testa family have fished the water off Ognina, in Catania, since 1800.

This is tuna to serve as it comes, not to cook. Lift a fillet out whole, keep the oil in the jar, and let both do the work on the plate.

How to enjoy
