BonCrem Pistachio 22% by Stramondo is the everyday jar of the BonCrem range: a smooth pistachio spread at 22% pistachio, in 200 g. Stramondo have been pastry makers in Sicily since 1940, and this is the recipe the rest of the range is built around.

It is soft enough to spread straight from the jar without tearing bread, which is more than can be said for most nut creams. Keep it where the honey lives.

How to enjoy
